The role

With a refreshed vision, mission, and story, we’re upping our investment in our brand marketing and looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to help us bring this new direction to life. This role will be instrumental in evolving how the world perceives and engages with Bluetooth technology, ensuring the brand remains relevant, trusted, and inspiring across industries and audiences. Roles and responsibilities
- Lead the brand marketing function — championing and executing the brand’s vision, mission, and story across all platforms and channels
- Own the defining, development, and execution of strategic brand campaigns that increase brand value and utilization
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to bring impactful brand marketing campaigns to life
- Work alongside technical marketing and market development leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing functions
- Manage brand health and performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to continually refine brand strategies and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of the organization to elevate the brand’s profile
- Ensure the brand is properly represented across all media and promotional content, both internally and externally
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, ensuring our brand positioning remains relevant and differentiated in the marketplace
- Potential to manage North America & EMEA public relations agency(ies)
- Travel may be required for key brand initiatives, events, and collaborations
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading brand strategy and execution for global brands
- Deep understanding of brand development and positioning, and experience measuring brand health and performance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms, as well as analytics and performance tracking systems
- A passion for technology, innovation, and building brands that make an impact on the world
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with Bluetooth® technology, wireless protocols, or connectivity ecosystems
- Experience working with or within standards development organizations (SDOs) or industry alliances
- Global brand marketing experience, especially in highly technical or regulated industries
- Understanding of B2B2C marketing dynamics and developer/partner ecosystems
- Proficiency in brand storytelling for technical audiences
- Familiarity with brand governance and trademark usage in a global context
- Experience managing agency relationships and creative vendors
- Working knowledge of product marketing or technical marketing principles
- Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Monday, etc.
